30 MILE COURSE – 9:00am-9:50am

Below are 4 important bits of information and reminders.

1 – New Location! – This year the event will be starting and finishing at the new Culpeper County Fieldhouse, 16388 Competition Drive, Culpeper – located at the Culpeper Sports Complex (and next to Eastern View High School where we started in 2021). There is plenty of convenient parking here and indoor restrooms!

2 – PLEASE PRINT – Those pre-registered were emailed a  “Check In Ticket,” fill it out and bring it with you to the event on Saturday. This will not only save time at check in, it will also cut down on the use of sharable supplies. If you are unable to print, there will be copies on site – but again, it will save time if you are able to bring a completed check in form.

CHECK IN TIMES:

100 MILE COURSE – You may ONLY check in between 7:00am-7:50am

60 MILE COURSE – You may ONLY check in between 8:00am-8:50am

30 MILE COURSE – You may ONLY check in between 9:00am-9:50am

Once you are checked in, you may begin your ride.

3 – FREE – you have access to utilize the Narrated Turn by Turn directions from the RideWithGPS app for FREE! This is included in your registration and would normally have to have a paid membership with RideWithGPS.com to use this feature.

Those pre-registered were emailed a link for access.

If you do not have the RideWithGPS app, please download it and create a FREE account to use the above link. This will give you access to all 3 routes, for 2 weeks. If you accidently make a wrong turn, it will let you know you are off course.

Please download and familiarize yourself with this feature before Saturday. Directions on how to use can be found here.

If you already have the RideWithGPS app you STILL need to use the link above.

***Those that register on Saturday – there will be a QR code for you to access the routes turn by turn feature.  Please have RideWithGPS app downloaded to save time.

Please remember to help limit handouts, we will NOT be providing hardcopy cue sheets. If you want a hard copy, please PRINT your own from RideWithGPS.com
